2. Products & Customization We specialize in custom gemstone and semi-precious stone jewelry in sterling silver and solid gold.
- In-stock items are available for purchase with a minimum order of 1 piece.
- Sterling silver custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces.
- Solid gold custom orders are available from 1 piece.
- Out-of-stock items can be produced and shipped within 15 days.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
4. Shipping
- In-stock items ship the same day the order is placed (for orders placed before our daily cutoff time).
- Custom or out-of-stock orders ship within 15 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
